Shipping Policy

1. General

1.1. This policy applies to purchases made on the Callisto website, operated by Callisto – Rani & Gal, Licensed Business (Israeli “Osek Murashé”) No. 558592168, business address: 78 Sokolov St., Herzliya, Israel.

1.2. Shipments are fulfilled via third-party shipping companies and/or postal services, subject to delivery areas and the carriers’ policies.


2. Shipping Areas

2.1. Callisto ships throughout Israel. International shipping may be available according to the business’s policy and subject to costs and service availability.

2.2. Deliveries to remote locations or areas with limited access may require additional delivery time and/or incur an additional fee.

2.3. If delivery to the address provided is not possible, the customer will be notified and an alternative option will be offered (such as a different address or local pickup).


3. Delivery Times

3.1. Orders are dispatched within up to 21 business days from the date the transaction is approved, unless stated otherwise.

3.2. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the delivery area and the shipping provider’s policy.

3.3. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors beyond Callisto’s control, including carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure.


4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Standard shipping cost depends on the customer’s order and varies as specified on each product page on the website.


5. Local Pickup

5.1. Orders may be collected from the studio address: 78 Sokolov St., Herzliya, Israel, by prior appointment only, between 09:00–15:00.

5.2. Local pickup will be available only after receiving explicit confirmation that the order is ready for collection.


6. Shipment Tracking

6.1. After the order is shipped, the customer will receive an SMS notification confirming the order has been dispatched.


7. Items Damaged During Shipping

7.1. If an item arrives defective or is damaged during shipping, the customer must notify Callisto within 24 hours of delivery and provide appropriate documentation.

7.2. Callisto will review the request and act to repair, restore, or recreate the product, in accordance with the warranty policy published on the website and at Callisto’s professional discretion.


8. Callisto’s Liability

8.1. Callisto is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver resulting from force majeure and/or circumstances beyond its control.

8.2. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at checkout. The customer is solely responsible for entering accurate and complete details.
