Website Terms of Use – Callisto
Welcome to the Callisto website (the “Website”).
Your use of the Website, including the purchase of products and/or services through it, is subject to the terms set out in these Terms of Use.
Browsing the Website and/or placing an order constitutes the user’s full agreement to these Terms of Use.

2. Use of the Website
2.1. The Website is intended for personal use only.
2.2. Any commercial use, copying, distribution, modification, or infringement of Callisto’s intellectual property rights is prohibited without Callisto’s prior written consent.
2.3. Callisto reserves the right to block access to the Website for users acting in violation of the law or these Terms.
3. Information, Artworks, and Inventory
3.1. All images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Natural differences may occur due to handmade work, including texture, finish, and minor variations in tone.
3.2. Callisto does not maintain ready-made stock. Each artwork, including prints, is created or sent for printing only after the customer places a personal order.
3.3. Prints are produced specifically for each customer by an external print house and therefore are not eligible for return or cancellation.
4. Purchase and Payment
4.1. Purchases are made by adding items to the shopping cart and completing payment and shipping details.
4.2. A transaction will be confirmed only after approval is received from the credit card company and/or payment processor.
4.3. All prices displayed on the Website include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise.
5. Custom-Made Artworks and Approval Prior to Shipment
5.1. Each artwork sold on the Website is created according to the customer’s selections, including colors, textures, dimensions, and materials.
5.2. Upon completion, the customer will be sent visual documentation (photos) for final approval before packaging and shipment.
5.3. Shipment will be made only after the customer provides explicit approval.
5.4. The customer’s approval constitutes confirmation that the artwork meets their expectations as required.
6. Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of Callisto’s work, which involves custom and one-of-a-kind creations made specifically for each customer:
6.1. Custom-designed and personalized products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange, in accordance with Section 14C(d) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
6.2. Prints produced specifically for the customer are not eligible for cancellation or return.
6.3. Once an order is placed and work has commenced and/or the item has been sent for printing, no refund will be issued.
6.4. Minor variations in tone, texture, depth, or finish are not considered a “defect” and do not entitle the customer to cancellation.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1. Delivery times are determined according to the Shipping Policy published on the Website and are subject to the scope of work and production.
7.2. Callisto is not responsible for delays resulting from external factors (shipping providers, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
7.3. Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an update.
8. Liability in Case of Shipping Damage
8.1. A customer who receives an artwork that is defective or broken must notify the studio within 24 hours of receipt and provide documentation.
8.2. Following review, Callisto will be responsible for repair, restoration, or re-creation of the artwork, at its professional discretion and at no additional cost to the customer.
8.3. This liability does not apply to damage caused after proper delivery to the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and intellectual property on the Website, including images, texts, designs, digital files, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Callisto.
No use may be made of such content without prior written consent.
10. Privacy and Use of Information
Use of the Website is subject to Callisto’s Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.
The studio may use information for order processing, service improvement, communications (with the customer’s consent), and statistical purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Callisto will make reasonable efforts to maintain proper operation of the Website; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
The studio will not be liable for indirect damages, malfunctions, or delays resulting from use of the Website.
12. Changes to the Terms and Discontinuation of the Website
Callisto may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.
The studio may suspend or discontinue operation of the Website, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District.
